Seotion 8 ZMMO CCCLUSSION: A zoning Commission is hereby established. It shall consist of five members s appointed by the Board of Trustees; one shall be appointed for the tern of ono year, one for two years, and one for three years, and two for four years, and each year thereafter member or members shall be appointed for the term of five years. Ail appoint is shall expire on the 31.st day of December of the ynar to which the appointment dates. The members shall, select their own president and appoint a see - rotary, who shall keep minutes of al/ meetings. The commission ahall hear appeals from and revise any requirements under this ordinance and shall., upon the concurring vote of at least three members, make recommendation to the Board of Trustees regarding disposition of each case before its Any applicant who is dissatisfied Stith any decision of the Zoning Commission may within ten days after the decision is made, appeal to the board of Trustees and the decision of three fifths of the Board on appeal shall decides the question appealed. Section $ PER: ITS : A permit may be issued by the Clerk for the constructions alteration, repair, removal or occupancy of any structure or lands or any part thereof, as provided in this Ordinance or as restricted thereby. Application for ,a permit shall be made to the Mork of the Board of T'rze€ ees setting forth the type of construction, alterations, changes, or occupancy. The Clerk may require the applicant to submit a plan showing the proposed project.
