The Board_ of Puclic Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday June 16th, 1927, at 9 o ' clock A. H. All the members of said Board being pres- • ent, Messrs, Land, Hcfail and Henley. The following proceedings F ere had, to-wit :- . lrle Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.838-1927. for the i_.1provemei t of the alley between North 7th a. 8th Street , by constructing a cement road'w2y the full width thereof, from North "C" to 1D" Street . The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract under Improvement Resolution No. o5l-1927, for the improvement of the alley between South 10th & 1lth Street, by constructing cement road- way, from South UI11 t0 t1 J" - Street, the same was accepted, and a primary assessment roll approved for said improvement . The Board met to hear remonstrances, if any of persons primarily . assessed under Improvement Resolution No. 792-1926, providing for -- the imp.rovaent of Southwest 5th Street, by constructing cement sidewalk 5 1 t -^, y, t on both t' "f (7 j wide, curb & putt er, planting i.=-� trees ees ����1-1 sides and grading and paving the roadway with surface treated macadam, from Southwest Roll to "ESc ' e e t . After hearing all persons interested who appeared, the Board approved a final assessment roll confirm- ing the original assessment roll heretofore approved, and now forthwithdi- rect V the same be transmitted� i c- to the Department of Finance. i1aliCe. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and carefully considering verbal bal complaints made against said as- sessment . The Board approved the final assessment roll confirming the original assessment roll as heretofore annroved, by assessi= ,1 the esidewalks, i t o" p" hIl`. cUs"., of curb & gutter ��V2i11tS� abutting property & assessing the cost of the roadway to the abutting lots and the lots direct lying 150 feet north & south of said improvement , and now direct the same be forthwith transmitted to the Department of Finance.
