The Board of Public Works of the City of Ric lmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board •Thl:rsday May 266th 1927, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs, Land, Mc Fail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit : The Board approved the contract ^: b17a of Pyle & R ligeway , con- tractors under Improvement Resolution No. 83 0-1927. The Engineer reported the completion of Southwest 5th Street con- tract under Improvement_ Resolution No. 792-1926; and aporoved a primary assessment roll for said improvement . The Engineer reported the completion of contract under Improve- ment Resolution No. 797-1926 c ;enofSouthwest l " Ctt St . for improvement ., same was accepted and primary assessment roll approved. The Engineer reported the completion of contract,undcr improve- ment Resolution No 822-1927, for improvement of alley between South GUth yt h3 10th Street, cement roadway from Scutt' t 3t to l G" Street, same was accepted and primary assessment roll approved. The Engineer reported the completion of contract under improve- ment Resolution No. 799-1926, for improveme!1l, of South 15th Street. . from South "E" to " Gtt Street, same was accepted and ordered as- sessment roll prepared. T . I . & E. Traction Co. , mitt ed. blue print for the Tlhe H��. su re- location of their tracks at curve in West Main & 5th Streets, with the recuest that permission be given to re-locate the same. The Board on motion grant permission to re-locate said tracks accord- ing to blue print submitted. The T. H. I . 8 E. Traction Co . , submitted Iplue .print for 'route for street car lines in Glen Miller Park, same was accspted, .nd Clerk directed to -recuest the T .H. I & E.
