City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday May 2nd, 1927. .
. The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday May 2nd,
1927, at. 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members . of said Board, Messrs,
Land, McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
The Board approved the contract and bond of John F. Hipskind,
contractor under Improvement Resolution No. 828-1927.
Permission was granted A. L. Jenkins, to cut the curb in College.
Ave. , for driveway at Lot No. 1, Wayne County Commissioners,
Sub-Division.
A communication was received from B.V.Davis, Division Engineer
of C. & 0. Railroad, stating that Monday or Thursday would not
be convenient for him to meet with the Board, and that arrange-
ments had been prepared for meeting Wednesday May 4, 1927.
The Clerk was directed to prepare bill for appropriation ordi-
nance in sum of. 42100.00 out .of earnings of iti:.T,.L. ..q P.P. for
or
disconnecting and loading the old Corliss Engine at said plant .
The Board approved the various payrolls up to May 1st, 1927.
Claims in amount of p10, 3 9 . 1L1 were allowed.
