Monday February l4th, 1927.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday February
14th, 1927, at 9 o ' clock _A, M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present. The following pro-
ceedings were had, to-wit :

A petition to improve Boyer Street, by cement curb,gutter, sidewalks

and roadway from School to Stevens Street , was received and referred
to Engineer for investigation and plans, etc. ,

The Board granted The Masonic Building 'Co. , permission tot/construct
the present out-side stairway to celler at the Masonic Temple, by
coming 6" further to the north in sidewalk .
The Board accepted the deed of Dickinson Trust Co. , to Lots 1, 2 &
3 in Anna Madden 's, Addition, and ordered the same recorded.
The Board received bids for street department trucks' and roadster
and crawler as follows, to-wit ;

Two l,ton trucks complete(no starter Anthony dump bodies- 1129 , 50
Two 1-ton. as above with Himco Transmission Hubo-'°1eters W_752 . 50
One Ford Roadster with spare tire & tube-.-4409 . 20, allowance for
old car--$50. 00 Total net-$359.20
Ford Roadster with pickup body as above--$431.20, less $j 50 . old car.
One" Trackson" Full Crawler for Fordson Tractor not installed-$715.00
The Board select the trucks with Himco-Transmission and Roadster
and crawler total--$2876. 70, city to keep old roadster, and referred
bids to Street Commissioner for his selection.
