Monday February 7th, 1927.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday February
. 7th, 1927, at 9 o ' clock A.. M.. All the members .:,of said Board
Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present . The folloWing
• proceedings were 'had, to-wit :
The Board approved the contract and bond of Hayes Construction Co. ,
Contractors for oiling the streets for the season .of 1927.
The Board diredte.d the Clerk t.o prepare an ordinance in sum of
$19,000.00 out of the earnings of the Municipal Electric Lighting
& Power Plant , for purchase of traveling cram, installing the
same and necessar5r.'.labor:and material for raising the roof in
order to install new Turbo-Generator Set , etc. ,
The Board approved a primary assessment roll under Improvement
Resolution RTo. . 16-1926, for sanitary sewer between South llth &
12th Street from South " I" to "J" Street and in South " I" Street
10 ' east & west of the sewer.
The Board then adjourned,
