Thursday February 3rd, 1927 .
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday February
3rd, 1927, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present . The following .
proceedings were had, to-wit : •

The Board ordered the claim of the T.H. I . & E. Traction Co. ,
in sum of $43. 77, against City for work, on Doran Bridge be maid. -
The Board accept the offer the Dickinson Trust Co. , that pro •
-
viding the City pay delinquent taxes in amount of $70.46, against .
Lots . 1 - 2- & 3 in Anna Madden ' s, Addition. they would deed the
the said lots to the City, the Board direct the uepartment of
Finance to pay to said Dickinson Trust Company, the above sum
upon delivery of deeds to said property.
The Board approved the various payrolls to Feb . 1st , 1927.
Claims , in amount of $2867. 74 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
