Monday January 24th, 1927.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
• met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
January 24th, 1927, .at_.9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said
Board Messrs, Land, Mcfail and Henley being present . The follow-
ing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Board enter.ed -int.o an agreement in matter of extension to
line pole agreement, in Peacock Road from East Haven -Avenue to
West Township line of Wayne . Township, by and between the Munici-
pal Electric Lighting & Power Plant and the Postal Cable 'ele-
graph Company.

Th Board held a conference with the Officials of the Terre Haute,
indianapolis and Eastern Traction Company, in matter of changing
their steel poles in Main Street and using the same for bracket
system of ornamental lighting in place of present post system,
promises were made by Mr. Jeffries that the company would co-
operate with the city so long. as there was no expense involved
for the Traction Company.
