September 25 , 1969
In accordance with the Warrant, the meeting was
held in the Town Hall, Thursday evening, September 25 ,
1969.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 P. M. by
the Moderator, Grant W. Koch. A quorum was declared
to be present and there was a moment of silent prayer.
The return of the warrant was read by the Town
Clerk, Donald P. Consodine, with the exception of the
articles , which were read as they were considered for
action.
ARTICLE 1 . To see if the Town will vote to trans-
fer a sum of -money from surplus overlays to purchase a
new police cruiser.
Voted unanimously that the town transfer from
surplus overlays the sum of Twenty Nine Hundred Forty
Nine Dollars ($2919.00) to purchase a new police cruiser.
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to transfer
a sum of money from surplus overlays to purchase a
police radio.
Voted unanimously that the town transfer from sur-
plus overlays the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars
($850.00) to purchase a new police radios
ARTICLE, 3 . To see if the Town will vote to install
and maintain a street light on Creat Fields Road on
pole 7/6.
Voted unanimously that the town install and main-
tain a street light on Great Fields Road on pole 7/6.
ARTICLE 4. To act on any other business that may
legally come before said meeting.
There being no further business, it was voted to
adjourn at 8:05 P. M.
