The Board of Public Works of the City of ,Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of .said Board Monday December .
13th, 1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present. The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
Street Commmssioner was directed to place cinders in the alley
in rear of Laurel Street , also in rear of 422 Pearl Street, if
city is at fault. _
Permission was granted Fred Russell to place clock on Main St.
at North 5th Street, at Refrigator btore, post and clock form-
erly in front of Dickinson Jewelry store.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of sewer in al-
ley
between Hunt & atliff Street, from School to Stevens Street
under Improvement Resolution No. 811-1926..
The Board unanimously. adopted Declaratory Resolution No.201-
1926, to vacate South 8th _Street, from "P" to S tSuth terminous
of street; also, South 6th Street from "0" to "Q" Street ; also,
Oakland Street from '"0" to "Q" Street .
The Department of Finance was directed to pay E.A.Mariani,$41.07
5% retained under Improvement Resolution No. 773-1925.
Claims in amount of $15, 109.80 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
