Mr. Land, absent . Two. members •of said Board being present . The following proceedings were had,- to-wit : Permission was granted Roy E. The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met_ in regular session at the office of. -said Board Monday November 15th, 1926 at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board,Messrs, Land, Mcr'ail and Henley being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit :- • The Board met to hear all persons primarily assessed as bene- fits and amount of damages awarded, under Declaratory Resolution No. 200-1926, in matter of condemning cdt. right-of-way 20 foot J � wide for the consfruction ion and maintenance of a Sanitary Sewer between South llth & 12th Streets and between South " I" & "J" Street , over and across a portion of Out-Lot No. 13, Cleaver ' s Out- ots; also, Lot No. 5 & 9, Almira Wheelans, Addition. No one appearing or remonstrating and the Board being duly advised in the premises; the Board approved a final assessment 11611 of benefits & damages as originally approved and now direct the same be forthwith transmitted to the Department of Finance. The Board received a ra ionstrance against the improvement of S .W.9th Street, from S .W. A to -Main Street, as provided under Improvement Resolution No. 815-1926. The same being signed by all the' resident property owners residing along the line of said improvement . On motion of Mr. Henley the Board unanimously =; rescinded said Improvement Resolution No. 815-1926. • The Board received petition for the improvement of Church St . • by constructing cement curb, gutter, sidewalks and grading and paving the roadway with surface treated macadam, from :VestMain Street to National Road, the same was referred to Engineer for report as to whether sewer is necessary before improving said street . • • 1� Monday November 15th, 1926. 41 The Board received bids for materials etc. , for equipment for out door sub-stations for Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant, under plans and specifications therefore, to-wit : Item#l. A. Galvanized steel frame work for outdoor substation as • per drawing ;'�5-102. B. Three galvanized_ steel framework for outdoor substations as, per drawing 5-105._ . Alternate bids Will be, received on Item"B" for furnishing pipe frame work. I/ Item;r2. Four-three phase 15, 000 volt outdoor station type lightning arresters complete, Sadie to be so 'built that they can be re- built for 33, 000 volt use. _ Item45 . A. One 300-amp. 37,:000volts, service voltage 15, 000 at present • _ 80 cycle three phase-outdoor frame mounting solenoid operated (Direct current 100-120 volt ) Automatic pith Bushing type, transformers complete with frame mounting and oil. Three - 600 amm. 7, 500 volt service voltage 4, 100, 60 cycle, three phase for outdoor use, Equipment to be either weatherproof or the weatherproof sheet steel zw switch house to be furnished complete with ventilators, front and rear door with roof bushings, with automatic reclosing equipment for feeder, transformers, slate panel relays for three breaker reclosures at minute intervals. With reset push button. With :_lain and small wiring and switch-house complete, one sit of leak type testing ter- minals. Breaker to be closed under normal conditions, the relays to be deenergized.
