Monday October 25th, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday
October 25th, 1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the membersMessrs,
Land, McFail and Henley, being present . The. following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit :
The Board awarded contractors certificate No. 31, to W. L.
Alia.gav, contractor under Improvement Resolution No. 797-1926,
for improvement of Southwest ".C" Street from Southwest ?I-"th
• St. to College Avenue, in amount of $4145. 62 being 85% of
work completed. •
The Board received notice from Public Service Commission of
Indiana, that the petition of Richmond City Water Works under
cause No. 8693, for permission to issue $150, 000.00 preferred
stock, has been granted by said commission.
The Board then adjourned,
