Thursday September 16th,1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday Septem-
ber 16th, 1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, and, McFail and Henley being present. The following pro
ceedings were had, to-wit :

The Building Inspector, ✓that Fry & Pohlmeyer were contemplating the
building of a dwelling house at corner of North 15th & " C" Street,
in requested to know if the Board had any objections to same, as
to this corner. The Board after viewing the ground, report they hee&
no objection and instructed Building .Inspector to issue permit if

applied for.
Wm. W. Dilks, was granted permission to cut the curb in front of
property at Southwest 7th & Main Street, on Main Street side.
The Board order Richmond City Water Works to install fire hydrant
at South 15th & "F" Streets.The Clerk was directed to notify the T.H.I.& E. Traction Co. , that
in case any of the poles now being set in West Main Street; inter-
fered with future construction of buildings etc. The Fraction Co. ,
will be requested and compelled to re-locate the same without any
expense to the City or property owner, as verbally agreed by the
men in charge of present work.
The Clerk was directed to request Wm. H. Whitely, to meet with the
Board Monday September -20, 1926, in matter -of lot controlled by him
at corner of NW.lst & Kinsey Street.
The City Civil Engineer, was directed to order corregated iron pipe
to be laid on hill side south of the Carpenter Mills.
The City Civil Engineer, reported the completion of contract under
Improvement - Resolution No. -806-1926, for cement alley between North
10th & llth Street, from North "B" to "C" Street.
The Board then adjourned,
