Monday September 13th, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday September
13th, 1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the .members of-' said Board,
Messrs, Land, McFail and Henley being present . The following: pro-
ceedings were had, to-wit :-
The Board met . to hear remonstrances if any, of persons primarily
Assessed under Declaratory Resolution No. 197-1926, as benefits
for the vacation of the South part of Orosshall, Green .Street and
the alley lying between Crosshal & Green Street, on south -side of
. Grant.Street. No one remonstrating the Board approved a final as-
sessment roll of benefits as heretofore approved. And -now direct
the same be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
Mary Lennard, was granted permission to construct a cement curb
& gutter at 309 South "B" Street , (temporarily)
Permission was granted JosephDiopisi to tap sewer for his property
located .at Northwest corner of North 12th & "H" Streets, •
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for material and
labor necessary in constructing a brick skip hois house with shingle
roof at M.E.L.& P.P.
The . Clerk was directed to prepare a bill for an ordinance appro-
priating $1350.00 for remodeling the second floor of the office
building of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant, and
present the same to council for action thereon.
Claims in amount of 4)1590.41 were allowed & ordered paid.
The Board then adjourned, •
