HomeMy Public PortalAbout100_075_water projectHi Diane- With the water project running several months over the original construction period, we have expended our budget for construction services back in December. I wanted to see if it is possible to add some funds to the construction phase or how best we could handle. Attached is a proposed invoice that would revise the construction phase to $15,000 (from $10,000). With probably 1.5-2 more months to complete, I’m thinking this should be enough for me and/or Gene to make trips to the site, etc. to finalize things. We can also just bill as a Time & Expense for additional services, but I’d rather give you a fixed fee that we don’t go over without prior approval. Let me know what you think.
