City of Richmond, Indiana,
Thursday June 3rd, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday June 3rd,
1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Land and Henley being present,
Mr. McFail, absent. Two members of said Board being present, the
following proceedings were had, to-wit :-
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the alley under
Improvement Resolution No. 794+-1926, for cement roadway.between
South llth & 12th Street, from- South "A" Street to first alley
south of Main Street, same was accepted and assessment roll ordered

The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
Improvement Resolution No. 7.96-1926,_ for improvement of the alley
between South 4th & 5th Street, by constructing a cement roadway
from South "A" to "B" Street. The same was accepted and assessment
roll ordered prepared.
The Board received bids under Improvement Resolution No. 803-1926,
for improvement of the alley running north & south lying between
Tract 166, Official Map on the west and Lot No. 1, 2-Robert Morrisions
Additiop on the east; by constructing a cement roadway in said al-
ley the full width thereof; running from Main Street north to the
north line of the alley running east, as follows to-wit :
" Daniel G. Burkhardt, bid;
Cement roadway complete $0.25¢ per square foot.
The bid of Daniel G. Burkhardt being the only one received,and
being at the estimate of the City Civil Engineer, the contract was
(rawarded to said Daniel G. Burkhardt.
The Board approved the various payrolls to June 1st, 1926. .
The Board then adjourned,
