were had, ' to-wit :- - •
The Board met to hear .all persons interested or whose property
is affected under Improvement Resolution No. 802-1926, for the
constt'uction of cement curb on south side of Main Street from
South firth to 5th Street ; also, on north side of street where
needed between the points named. No one appearing or remonstrat-
ing. The Board decide that the benefits to the property liable
to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the cost of
same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, thereupon take
final action on said resolution, the same being confirmed with-
out modification.
The Clerk was directed to noti fy, T'he. Andress Aspi,alt Paving Co
of bad condition of Southwest 1st Street, recently constructed
by them and to make necessary repairs .
The Clerk was directed toFlo t ify, American-LaFrance Fire En ;ine
OG, ' inc. as soon as written guaranty is received by the City
on repairs made by them on fire trucks , the bill or claim for
said work done last May, would be paid.
The Clerk directed to

The Clerk was directed to notify Ray Swallow 1r2, c . of Wayne

County Fair Association, that the City cannot and will not fmr-
n'i sh electric current without charge for said fair.
T h e Board having
_ ving received communication from Police Commissioners
requesting or recommending that the Stop & Go si7ns rt 4th & 1lth
and Main Streets, be changed to North & SCuth 8th & t"A" Streets,
also to fix the present lights on Main Street that they may be
' cTjJulct2Q so :as to flash a red light, to hold the traffic off
of Main Street , when used by fire department in making a run in
response to an alarm of fire in Main St reet . The Clerk was direct-
ed
to l e lst Mr Hess, Sup St ` of Light Plant.L-lane for an estimate on
cost of changes as requested.
The Board received bids under Improvement "Resolution No. 1 ;-1J26,
for improvement of Richmond 4ve, by constructing cement sidewalks
on both slues of street, -except, where good cement sidewalks are
