in regular session at the office of said Board. Monday May 3r"d,
1926, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board, Messrs,
Land, McHail and Henley being present . The following proceedings

The Board having rented to E. WolfarC?, Chest,nut Streei, west o!
West 5th Street , for gardening_ Purposes for season 1926, and it
having been ascertained the Board had no authority to let any part

ofstreet for such purposes, The Board on motion rescind the
_ permission heretofore granted, and directed the Clerk to notify
Mr. Wolfard of said action and to call at Controllers Office with
his receipt and receive the money paid to city for such permission.
The Board received `lids for Motor driven Roadster for Dairy Inspect-
or and a One Ton Motor driven truck for Street Department as fol-
lows, to-wit :
