The Board of Publle Works s of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met

Permission
was granted Edward Wolfard to use a strip of Chestnut

The City Civil Engineer reported the complet-ion of sewer under
improvement- Resolution No, 7E 7-1926, in L. H. Smi th i1eyers A d it
between Southwest 1st Street and proposed Whitewa er Boulevard.
The Board accepted the same- and approved primary assessment roll

The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 0 i 92
to improve the territory between Linden Avenue and P C. C.& nt .L.
