Monday April 26th, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met •
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday April 26th, .
1926, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs,
and, McFail and ,Henley being present . The following broceedings
Were had, to-wit -
Permission was granted Rodefeld arage to cut the curb & construct
cement driveway at 25 Northwest Ist Street . •
Permission was granted Philip Birck to cut the curb at 224 South
6th Street, for driveway.
The City- Civil' Engineer reported as to sums to be expended from
city ' s part of improvements to date :-c5 $14, 196. 70; also, an esti-
mate on city 's share of paving Bdathwest 1st St . & National Road
to West 5th Street , also to 2nd Street, - at a 7a62.00 & 5257.00
respectively, placed on file. .
The Sup ' t . , of Light Plant was directed to install light post in
South 5th Street, , also South 6th Street, between plain and Smith
Street at expense of plant . .
The Sup 't . , of Light Plant was authorized to purchase Lot No. 42 '
in' Abijah Moffitts 2nd Addition, price '$150.00 for light plant
transformer or sub-station. .
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No.803-1926,
for the improvement of the alley between Tract 166 Official Map
and Lot No. 1, R. Morrisons, Addition, being the alley betwee the
Gas Plant and C.& 0. Railroad by cement roadway, from Main Street
to first alley north of Main Street .

Notice teas received from Richmond City Water Works that_ they had
completed the laying of 12" main in National Road from West llth Skx
Street to East Haven Avenue .
Claims in amount of $10, 059. 2.7 were allowed & ordered paid.
Nonc-pro-tunc. April 22 id, 1926. The Clerk was directed to adver-
tise for bids for materials & labor necessary in construction of •
"Sp-ray Pond & equipment for M.E. L.& P.P.
The Board then adjourned,
