The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday April
15th, 1926; at 9 o a clock A. M. Messrs, MbFail and Henley being
• present . Absent , Mr. Land. Two members being present . The fol-
4 lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 8 2-1926,
to ii'itprove the south side of Main Street ; by constructing cement
curb 'also on the north side of street where needed, froh 4th to
5th Street . •
The Board- approved a plat Of. 9 town lots, numbered from 1 to 9
both inclusive, on North 12th Street, being the A. L. News, Sub- •
-
Division of Lot 1-Pt . Sarah Moffitt , estate Addition, 'streets of
•
proper width dedicated in said plat .
L. C. Peacock representing the Richmond Gravel Co. , appeared be-
fore the Board in. matter of . complaints of gravel company ruining

.. ping from their trucks, after some discussion on the question,
Mr. Peacock agreed to investigate as to what could be done to
eliminate 'the cause for complaint, and report his finding's to
the Board April 29, 1926.
