Monday April 12th, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of R ,chmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday April 12th,
1926, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs,
Land, McFall and Henley being present . The following proceedings
. were had, to-wit :-

' ..
I The Board approved the contract & bond of J . L. Teegarden, contract-
or under Improvement Resolution NO. 7-1-1926.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No, O1-l926
for the improvement of Northwest 6th Street, by constructing cement
curb & gutter on both sides of street . and grading and paving the
roadway with surface . treated macadam, from Pearl Street to the
Peacock Road.
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for One ton truck &
dump body, for Street Department, also, for Roadster Automobile for
use of Dairy Inspector. .
The Engineer was directed to prepare plans for curb on south side
• of Main Street from 4th to 5th Street.

The Board received bids under Improvement Resolution No. 793-1926
for improvement _ of alley between South 7th & 8th Street, by construct
ing cement roadway, from South IISIt to tIHI Street, as - follows :-

The Board received bids under Improvement Resolution No. 794-1926,
for improvement of alley between South llth & 12th Street, by con-
structing cement roadway, from South 11At1 Street to '-1st alley south
of Main Street, asZollows to-wit :-

as follows to-wit :
