Monday March 15th., 1926.
The BoardI-of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board Monday
March 15th, 1926, at 9 o °cllck A. M. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present . The fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :-
Ir The Board approved a plat consisting of 5 lots, laid out by
Garland G. Willett and wife, situate .on north side of South "B"
Street running from South 21st to 22nd Street, to be known as
R. G. Willett 2nd, Addition.
In matter of report of City Civil Engineer, under Improvement
Resolution No. 790-1926. for cement roadway in alley between
North 13th & 14th Street, from North "B" to "C" Street on remon-
strance filed against said improvement . The City Civil Engineer
reports that there are 13 resident property owners residing
along said improvement 7 of whom have signed the remonstrance.
This being a majority, the Board on motion rescind said reso-
lution.
The Board order Richmond City Water Works, to lay 61B water main
in Southwest 5th Street, from Southwest "C" to "E" Street.
