Monday March 1at, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday March 1st,
1926, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said Board Messrs,
Land, McFall and Henley being present. The following proceedings
were had, to-wit :
I/ The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 796-1926
for the improvement of the alley between South 4th & 5th Street,
by constructing a cement roadway, from South "A" to "B" Street.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll under Improvement
Resolution No. 782-192 , for construction of sanitary sealer in
the first alley west of South 9th Street, from South"H" Street
trunk sewer to South "L" Street. ri
The Board approved the contract & bond of Z. B. Pyle & Co. , con-
tractors under Improvement Resolution No. 787-1926.
The Board of Public Works instructed the clerk to notify the Com-
mon Council that they recommended the improvement of the Commons
Road from East Haven Ave. west, if the roadway was widened to a
width of 70 feet, and the township bear the cost of said widening
of street as is within the City of Richmond, Indiana.
The Board approved the various payrolls to March 1st, 1926.
Claims in amount of $23, +26. 63 were alllwed.
