City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday February 15th, 1926.
The Board of Public Works of the City of' Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday February
15th, 1926, at 9 otcllck A. M. All the members of said Board,
Messrs, Land, McFail and Henley being present . The following pro-
ceedings were had, to-wit :- •

The Board received petition for improvement of the alley between
South 7th & Sth Street, by cement roadway from South "G" to "H"
Street, same was referred to Engineer for investigation and reso-
lution.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
Improvement Resolution No. 782-1925, for construction of Sanitary
Seiner in alley 1st west .of South 9th Street, from South "H" to
South "L" Street.
The Street Commissioner was directed to repair South 5th Street
on east side of street at overhead bridge of railroad.
The Clerk was directed to prepare an ordinance appropriating the
sum of ; 350.00 for purchasing new adding machine.
The Clerk was directed to notify Mr. Hess Suptt. , of Light Plant
. to take up the matter with them of erecting new pole lines in al-
leys & streets, and of complaint of pole. being setin or near the
center of lot in alley between North 19th & 20th and Main and "E"
Streets, and to have poles set near the lot line if possible.
