Mee, Jr., Superintendent of Public Works regarding the naming of private ways within the Arsenal Yards Development. As a follow-up to that correspondence, enclosed please find an email from Mark R. Reich, Esquire, KP Law. Reich, Esquire, KP Law i II I i I t I I Order# 0-2018- AN ORDER APPROVING THE NAMING OF PRIVATE WAYS WITHIN THE ARSENAL YARDS DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS,the property located in the Town addressed as 485-615 Arsenal Street is the location of the so-called"Arsenal Yards" development; and WHEREAS,multiple private ways are located within the Arsenal Yards development; and WHEREAS,the owners of the Arsenal Yards development wish to have those private ways named in a manner recognized by the Town; and WHEREAS,the owner has requested that the private ways be named as follows, as shown on the plan of the Arsenal Yards development attached to this Order: Arsenal Yards Boulevard Bond Square Bond Street Eldridge Avenue Forge Road Parkside Drive i and WHEREAS,the naming of private ways is subject to approval of the Town Council pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 85, § 3A. I NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED: That the private ways located within the Arsenal Yards development be now recognized and approved as private ways named as listed herein and as shown on the plan attached hereto; i AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That the addresses of properties located upon said ways within the Arsenal Yards development shall be established accordingly. The private way names are requested to aid in addressing in public safety. The letter includes a map showing the proposed private ways and an explanation as to how they were named. The names were reviewed by DPW, DCDP, and the Fire Department. Please take the actions you see necessary to proceed with the naming of the private ways. Let me know if you have any questions. I have attached a map of the site with the proposed street names. These names were previously submitted by Jeff Heidelberg to DPW,Police and Fire for their review and comment.
