PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, The following property listed below
applied for Tax-Exempt status under the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J. S.A. 54:4-3,30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the application for the 1999 tax year, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector
cancel the 1999 taxes in accordance with the following
schedule, effective June 23, 1999.
