Sec. 8-8fi: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY OWNED BY CHARLES SHARP, LARRY CAPI5TA, AND HARRIS BANK OF NAPERVILLE, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN A5 TRUST N0. 2993 WHEREAS, the real estate hereinafter described is con- tiguous to the Village of Plainfield and is not within the terri-» torial limits of any other municipality; and WHEREAS, no electors reside thereon; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property hereinafter described have petitioned for annexation of the property to the Village of Plainfield; and WHEREAS, it is for the best interest of the Village of Plainfield that said territory be annexed to the Village. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, as follows: Sec. 8-86-1: Territor Described: That the following escri a tract o an erein called territory, to-wit: PARCEL I: T at part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 36 North, Range 9, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described by commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northeast l/4 and running thence North 890-55'-00" West on the South Line thereof 1327.3 ft. for a place of beginning; thence North 070-40'-13" East, along an old fence line 2021.9 ft. to the ©ld Indian Boundary Line, as monumented and occupied; thence South 43°-11'-25" West along said line, 1280.0 ft.; thence South 46°-48'-35" East, at right angles to said line, 360.0 ft.; thence South 43°-11'-25" West, parallel with said line, 260.0 ft.; thence North 46° -48'-35" West, at right angles to said line, 360.0 ft. to said 01d Indian Boundary Line; thence South 430-11'--25" West along said line, 330.0 ft.; thence South 460-48'-35" East, at right angles to said line, 935.01. ft., to said South line, of Northeast 1/4; thence South 89°-55'-0" East on said South line, 328.30 ft., to the place of beginning, in Will County, T1linois. Sec. $-86-3: Ordinance No. 1 Amended. That Ordinance No. o t e Village o axn ie a amended as follows: That the limits of the Village of Plainfield shall be extended to include the tract of land described in Section 8-86-1 hereof. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 11?5 and shall take effect upon its passage, approval and recording in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes . ~. `4 ~~~-~ of the State of Illinois in such case made and provided and the Village Clerk shall certify two copies of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the annexed territory and file same in the office of the County Clerk and the Village Clerk shall certify a copy of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the annexed territory and record same in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of said Will County.
