Sec. 8-94 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECU~i''ION OF AN
ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS, GEORGE WAITE AND
NORMA WAITE.
WHEREAS, an Annexation Agreement, a true and exact copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference
thereto incorporated herein, has been submitted to the
Corpoxc~te Aathari_ties of the Village of Plainfield by
GEORGE WAITra AND 1vORNIA WAITE ; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Corporate
Authorities of t}~re Village of Plainfield, after publication
of notice, upon the prcapased Annexa'cion Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
sec. 8-94-1 That the President and Village Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute
the aforesaid Annexation Agreement for
and on behalf of the Village of Plainfield,
Illinois.
`t'hat all ordinances or parts hereof in conflict hex•ewith
are hereby repealed.
~'liis Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its pas:~age and approval in the man1194provid~:d by
law and shall be in~mbered as ordinance No. ~...~~~.~..._
