Thursday July 30th ,1925.
The Board of .Public Works of the City of iiichmcnd, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board , Thursday July •3,0 ,
• 1925 , at 9 o' clock A. M. Messrs , McFall and Henley' present .
Land, absent; Two members of said Board being present . The. fol-
lowing proceedings were had , to--wit : - -
Permi ssi on was granted W. H. Dennis to cut the, curb at 604 South
- 10th Street. -

The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under
Improvement i.esoluti on No. 768 -1925 , for the construction of cem-
• ent sidewalks on both sides of North 14th Street , from North "F"
to "J" Street, the Board accepted the same and ordered assessment •
roll prepared.

The Board received communication from Adam H. Bartel Company, re-
porting water annoyance fum supposedly from broken sewer pipe in
Elm Place at their buildings. Street Commissioner was directed to
make water test in an effort to determine if possible , what the
cause of the trouble is , before digs2ing up the street .
Thomas G. Bryan, was appointed a member of the Fire Department ,
sub ject to proper examination.
Miss Vogelman , Administrator for the Joseph Vogelman estate , ap-
-neared before the Board, offering to dedicate 85. 2 feet off entire
north side of Lot No. 8 , Bennetts , Out-Lots , if acceptable to

the Board. The Board unanimously accept the above - offer, and in-
struct the City attorney , to prepare the proper -Deed for trans-
ferring the property to the City , wi thout any cost to the Vogel-
man estate, in the making of such transfer.
