Monday July 27th , 1925.
The Board of .Public ':forks of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday July 2'7th ,
1925, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said. Board Messrs,
-Land , McFail and Henley being present . The following proceedings
Were had , to -wit: -

The Board approved the contract & bond of Z . B. Pyle w Co. , con-
tractors under Improvement -Resolution No. 777-1925, for construct-
ing cement curb & gutter on both sides of South Eth Street , from
South "E" to "J" Street .
The Clerk was directed to request the Manager of the Fibre Conduit
Co . , to meet with them Monday August 3rd , 1925 .
Permission was granted Lillian Cook to tap the sewer at the alley
between South llth 8.; 12th Street on north side of South "I" Street
upon the payment of , 15.00; and signing proper agreements with the
City Civil Engineer , to be petitioner and to pay any assessment for
sewer, which may be constructed in the future, to benefit the prop-
erty in the territory south of South "I" Street, between South llth
& 12th Street.
The Board approved a primary assessment roll of benefits and damages
under Declaratory Resolution No. 181-1924, in matter of opening a
40 foot street in Plat #1, estate of Sarah Moffitt Lots 4 & 5 & part
of 3, to be known as Lucky Drive'.
- The Board approved a primary assessment roll under Declaratory Reso-
lution on No. 188-1925 , to widen South "J" Street, from South 9th to
13th Street.

The Board approved a primary assessment roll under Declaratory Reso-
lution No. 189 -1925, to 'yid en• South "J" Stre et , from South 13th St.
east to center line of Sec. 4 , Twsp . 13, :tinge . 1, west.
The Building Inspector was directed to issue permit to the Jenkins
Vulcan Spring co. , to erect a gasoline filling station on Fort Layne
Ave . ,
Street Commi ssocner was directed to place cinders pn Northwest 5th
Street bridge crossing the railroad .
