The Board of 'Public of the City of liichmond , Indi ana , met
in regular session at the office of said. Board Monday May 25th,
1925, at 9 • o 4 clock A. M. All the membe rs of said Board. , Messrs ,
• Land , Mc•b'a.il and Henley, being present . The following proceedings

were had , to -wit : - - .
The Board arprovecl the contract & bond of Daniel G: Burkhardt, con-
t . raci or under Improvement iteooluticn No . 774-1925.
The City C`ivi 1 Engineer reported the completion of improvement of
the alley between •South 16th & 17th Street , by constructing cement
roadway , from Main to South ,"A" Street , under Improvement itesolution
No. 756--1925. The Board accepted' the same and• ordered an assessment
. roll prepared.

The Board acc epted improvement of east side - of Southwest 2nd Street
•
by constructing cement sid ewalk, curb 8 • gutter at vacated Howard
Stye et, under Improvement ttesoluti-o-n No. 759-1925, and ordered as-
• sessment roll prepared.
petition was presented for the- opening of the alley between Borth
6th & 7th Stre et , from 1st all ey south of Tiorth "C" Street to North
"C" Stre et, same was r.effcre d to City Engineer for plans .
A petition was presented for the opening & extension of South "H"
Street from 'east si.d e of South 12th to the west side of alley bet
tween South 13th & 14th Stre et, referred. to City Engineer for plans .

The Board entered into contract with the Ameri can Metal Weather
Strip Co. , of Grand hapids , Mich. , weather strip 9 windows and 2
-- single doors at new fire station, work to be started Oct. lst, 1925 ,
for the sum of d1;77 .00.
The Board direct the Clerk to adverti se for bids for ( 52 ) Ornamen-
tal lighting standards , complete `Y'-o g_1assware ;Auto-transformers &
potheads ,lor lighting system in South119th 8: 20th Street s , from
heeveston load to South "E" Street ; also for Glen Mille r Park.
The Board directed the Clerk to adverti se for bids for privilege &
right to sell refreshments , and letting of boats for hire in Glen
Miller Park, for 5 years begi nning Nov . 1st , 1925 .
Street Conmi:.sioner Was directed to move the City Limit signs to
corporation lines in the -newly annexed -territory to City .

Claims in amount of •,559 95. 12' were allowed & ordered. paid. .
