Whereas, application pravisions fnr loans from Public Water Supply Loan Program for construction of
public water supply facilities require that the Village of Plainfield
authorize a representative to sign the lawn application forms'and supporting documents; therefore, be it
resolved by the Village of Plainfield that Allen Persons is hereby
authorized to sign all loan application forms and documents.
