The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday April 23rd, 1925, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of said Board , Messrs, Land, McFall and Henley being present. The following proceedings were had, to-wit : - IIThe Board instructed the Clerk to advertise for bids on two (One Ton Motor driven Trucks, )with dump body, for use of Street Department . Also, to advertise for 200 move or less "Metal Traffic Stop Signs" to place at intersections of streets . ' The .Board received bids, for "Motorcycle" fully equipped for the Police Department, as follows, to-wit : - " Earl J. Wright , bid ; 61 . G. Mill Co. , said real estate to be used for park purposes. The Board received and accepted Warranty Deed, from Earlham Cemetery conveying to the City for the sum of 0403.00; A part of the north- west quarter of Section 6 , Twsp. 13, Rnge. l, west . The Board directed the Clerk to prepare a resolution to present to the Common Council requesting the Judge of the Wayne County Circuit Court to appoint appraisers to appraise the brick & stone building used as afire station at the corner of North 8th & "D" Streets, with a view of selling the same . . This being the day advertised for receiving bids u4der Improvement resolution No. 759-1925, for constructing cement curb , gutter and sidewalk on east side of Southwest 2nd Street , at vacated Howard Street, no bids received on same , 21 6 Thursday April 23rd, 1925. The Board received bids under Improvement ilesolution No. 769-1925. for the improvement of the alley between Main & Southwest "A" Street, by constructing a cement roadway, from Southwest 7th to 8th Street, as follows ,. to-wit : - " Daniel G. Burkhardt , being the lowest and being within the estimate , contrast was so awarded. The Board received bids for improvement of alley between South llth & 12th Street, by constructing a cement roadway, from South "F" to "G" Street, under Improvement aesolution No. 771- 1925, as follows to-wit ; " Daniel G.
