The Board of Public Wcrks of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday April 2nd , 1925 , at 9 o`clock A. M. All the members of said Board , Messrs , Land , McFall and Henley b ei ng present . The following pro- ceedings were had, to-wit : - _ Periaission was granted Mrs . Geo. Mashmeyer, to build a curb across an abandoned driveway at Lot No. 169 , Reeveston Addition. The Board approved the contract & bond of Daniel G. Burkhardt contractor under Improvement Resolution No. 756-1925'. The Board received com unieation from Louis Sal zarulo , in matter of extending North "F" Street east thru park, Stre et Cothmissi on- er instructed to do proper grading at 24th 8: "F" Stre ets . The Board approved bill of $34O .00 being 85% of the work done at new Fire Station_ payable to E.W.Bendfeldt , and recommended by Building Inspector, J. Ed. Higgs . The Clerk was directed to noti fy Richmond City dater Works to repair their line in National Road at Glen Miller Bark, be for e the City begins the neccessary repairs to street . The Board received tion from Automotive Gear Works, in regard to South "0" Street , tak en under advi smen t until investi- gating. The Board met to hear all persons intere sted in or whose property is affected by Improvement Resolution No. 770=1925, for improve - ment of Boyer Street, by constructi ng cement s id ewalks , curb & gutter on bo th sides & grading & paving roadway w ith gray el & macadam , from School to Stevens Street , A remonstrance was filed signed by W. F. McConaha, et al ; The Board decide that the bene - fits to the property liable to be assessed for the cost of said improvements are equal to the cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon take action on said resolution the same being confirmed , and the remonstrance referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation and report . The Clerk was directed to no ti fy the Sanitary S ervi ce Advertising Co. , to clean up their trash receptacles according to their contract wi th the ci ty. The Street Commissi one was directed to repair School Street at end of Sheridan Street . The Board approved the vari ous payrolls up to April 1 , 1925.
