Monday February 16th ,19 25 .
The .Board of .Publ is Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday February
16th , 1925 , at 9 o'-clock A. M. All the members of `said Board,
Messrs., Land, McFai1 and Henley being present . The following pro-
ceedings were had , to-wit :

Upon the recommendation of Wm. F. Eversman, Sup' t. of Police ,
The Board directed the Clerk to adverti se for bids for furnishing
the Police Department with a small touring car , according to ,
speci fi cat ions submitted by Mr. Eversman.
The Clerk reported he had received summons to app ear at Wayne
County Circuit Court , February 28 , 1925, to answer complaint of
Albert M. Roberts, etal, Remonstrance on annexation of certain
territory to the City of Richmond , Indiana.
A communication from South Side Improvement Association, signed
by. J.. Henry E. Bode , in matter of contracts for tire protection
for Bealview, stating that since the City has voted. to annex-
this section, it will not be necessary to take this matter up .
The Board approved the various payrolls up to February 16, 1925.
