Thursday February 12th, 1925.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Thursday February 12th
1925, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of Tsaid Board Messrs,.
_ Land; McFall and Henley being present. The following proceedings
were had, to-wit : - _

The Board order Electric 'Light placed at South 8th & "I" Street.
Mr. E.H.Cureton Sup: t. , of International Harvester Co. , was granted
the privilege of making a gravel or macadam sidewalk on east side
of North 12th Street between North "E" St. and Railroad , as he
stated the company is considering erecting a building at corner of
12th & N."E" Street, and would erect the proper sidewalk, when
the building project is completed.
The Bpard unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 758-1925,
for improvement of Richmond Ave , by paving roadway with Re-inforced
Concrete , Sheet Asphalt ; Rock Asphalt or Bituminous Macadam, from •
West 5th Street to Sedgwick Street. •
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 761-1925
fci improvement of Alley between South 14th & 15th Street, by cement
roadway, from South "D" to "B" Street.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 768-1925,
to improve both sides of North 14th Street, by constructing cement
sidewalks, from North "F" to "J". Street.
The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 184-1925,
to open the 1st alley north of Peacock Road, from West 5th Street
west to the 1st alley east of West •7th Street.
The Clerk was directed to notify property owners along the alley
between Williams & State Street , from Boyer to West 2nd Street, to
appear before the Board Thursday February 19th, 1925, subject sheds
etc. , in alley and widening of same.
The Clerk was directed to request W.F.Graves, Engineer for T.E. I.
& E. Traction Company,to get in touch with the City Civil Engineer
in regard to street tracks in Grant, Ridge and West 3r.d Street.
Claims in amount of 011 ,932.03 were allowed & ordered paid.
The Board approved a plat of 6 town lots, to be known as J.A.Wiech-
mans 1st Addbeing a part of the south part of E.L.Cleavers,Add.3,ot '
( 16) & S.P.Lo?t 11; in Oler & Howes Add.., -
The Board then adjourned,
