The Board of 2u1:1 is aicrim of the City of iiichmond. , Indiana , met in
regular s essi on at the office of said Board Monday January 19th,
1924, at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members 'of said Board , Ivie srs , Land ,
Mc 'ai 1 and Henley be ing present ; the following proceedings were had ,
to-Wit : .

The :;up' t . of Police Wm. Eversman recommended the purchasing of a
"Lungmotor" manufactured by Lungmotor Corporation, Chicago, Illinois
price ;r215 .00 less 2%. 10 days net, f. o.b. factory, Cambridge , Mass . ,
stating the present Lungmotor is not in fit condition to use , but
they wi 11 allow ;60 .00 for the devi ce we now hati e . Upon the above
recommendation the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant was di-
rected to purchase said Lungmotor as recommended, and have the same
placed in charge of Police Department at City Hall for quick service.
The Clerk was directed to prepare a resolution & present the Same to
Council requesting the Judge of Wayne Circuit Court , to apc oint ap-
praisers to al,praise the bui ldi.ngs belonging to City south of liich-
mond Aye , and east of iiandolph Street , and auth on zing the Board to
sell the same subject to removal from real estate . .
The Clerk' was directed to request iiay Shiveley to meet with them in :
conference , as to removing the stand in aid ewalk on South 9th stre et
attached to his property at corner of i,:Aain & South 9th streets ,
