in regular se ssi on E.t the office of said Board Monday- January
_ 12th , 1925, at 9 o clock A. M. The fo ll owing members of said
Board being present , Messrs , McFall and Henley, absent , M-r.. Land. .
Two members of said Board being present . The following proceedings.
were had , to -wit : -

The Clerk was directed, to advertise for bids for supplying the
City with 20,000 gallons more or less of Tarvie "B" or its equal ,
apr.,lied on the city ' s str eets ; also , f. o. .b. iichmond , Indiana .

The annual repo rt of the Buildi ng Inspector for the year 1924. was
read and ordered presented to the meeting of the Mayor` s Cabinet.
Claims in amount of 4312 .3:0 were allowed.
