Monday December let , 1924.
The Board of Public. Works of the City of Richmond , Ine_iana , met
in regular sessi on at the offs ce of raid Board Monday December
1st, 1924, at 9 o' clock A. H. 11.11 the members of said Board, Messrs ,
land , licFail and Henley being present . The following pro ce edings
sere had , to-wit : -

A remonstrance sisigned by John Kolentus et-€:1, against tb e City
bt;ilding a sanitary ,a-ever in the alley between North 16th & 17th
Street , fro i North: "G,' to „3„ Str eet v.as received and placed on
file .
The Board awarded contract to "Vonnegut Machinery Co. , of Indian-
apolis ,: Indiana, for Air Co pressor for IM.E.i;.8: 1. P. as per bid
November 20th 1924.
The Clerk was directed to prepare an ordinance apr rc I.riating the
- sum of •4;83,000.00 from I.'i.E.- .& P. P. earnings to Siri'_; ng Fund for
1925 , to retire all oat -standing bonds agc.i nst s aid plant.
The Board ordered three arc lights placed in Northwest 6th St/e e t
in Sedgv:wick Place .
The Board he ld conference with representatives of the hoxana Petrol-
eum Corporation, and International Harvester Co., in matt er of
tanks of 18 ,000' gallons capacity to be placed at North "G" and
16th Street , vh i ch was finally left to the opposing companies to
come to a mutual understandi ng .
The Board received com,r;anication from the notary Club , realestirg
that the preent free tourist camp site in Glen Miller Park be
discontinued. referred to Park- Sup' t. , Fulle .
The Board approved the various payro lls to December 1st , 1924..
