The Board of -Public Works - of the .City of Richmond, Indiana , met
in regular session at the office of said Board. Monday November
• 24 th , 1924, at 9 o' c?ock A. M. All the membe rs of said Board Messrs.,
• Land , T;IcB'ai1 and Henley being ire;ent . The_ fo110 ing proceedings
were had , to-wit :The Board grant permission to Geo . W. Alexander to cut the curb
for driveway at Lot No. 116 Mendenhall & Price Addition in- South •
16th Street. • -
The Board approved a- primary asses sment ro 11 in matter of the im- - - -
prove ment of • Southwest . "D" Street, by constructing cement curb ,gut--
ter, sidewalk on both sides of street ; grading & paving- the road=,
way with gravel & macadam from .Southwest 1st Street: to the West
corporation line , under Improvement Resolution No.743-1924.

The Board order electric- lights ' placed, in State Street between
Sheridan & Boyer Street ; Southwest 4th & "C" Str e-ets, also on
Doran Bridge

Petition for sid ewalk on East sic e of Oros shall Street , from Grant
to School Street was received, -be titi over instructed to present a
petition for both' sides 'of said; street .• •

Inspector. The Clerk was directed to request the said 'Petroleum
Corporation, to have a representative meet with the Board on next, -
Monday Dec .• 1 , at 9 o` clock A.M. for a conference on this matter
between the Board and parties interested. •
C1ai ms• in amount of -4242 .79 were al loved and ordered paid. •
On account of next regular meeting being Thanksgiving day, the
hoard decide to adjourn)/ to Monday December 1, 1-924.
