The Board of -rubl-ic "Works of the City of 'Richmond, Indiana; met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday November
17th , 1924, at 9 o'clock A. 'M. All the `members of said Board ,
Messrs , Land., McFall and Henley being present . The following'
proceedings were had ,- :to -wit : -

- The Board received copy of petition filed, by the hichmord City Rackar
Water Works in the matter of the application of .The nichmond City
Water Works for a revision,'of rates , Before the Public Service Corn-
- Mission of Indiana, together with a notice that said Commission
had. fixed Wednesday November 26th , .1924,.-at 9 o' clock A. M. as a
date and time for hearing of same .

The Engineer was directed to prepare plans etc . , for Sanitary Sewer
in the alley between North 16th &n17th Street, from North "C" Stre et
to the iRiver.
The Board held a conference with S. X. Morgan in matter of laying
out a driveway in plat, which on. account of narrowness of said drive-
waythe City Plan Commission and the Board of Public Works both re-
fuse to approve said plat, Mr. Morgan agreed to send up the list of
names of the owners of the property , and the Clerk was directed to
request the various• ovners to meet with the Board in conference -on
- the :rat ter- Monday-November 24th , 1924. •
' The Board approved the various payrolls up to November 16th , 1924.
The Board then "adj ourned,
