Driscoll, Town Manager Date: October 17, 2013 RE: Proposed Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget Enclosed please find, for your review and consideration a Proposed Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget. The Proposed Amendment is related to the following: • New Growth number updated from the adoption of the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget. • Receipt of actual Fiscal Year 2014 Cherry Sheet Estimated Receipts and Charges (Attachment I). • PILOT number reduced as a result of Harvard University's sale of the Arsenal on the Charles property (Attachment II). • Amended Fiscal Year 2013 compensation of the Town Auditor and Town Council Clerk adjusted in the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget (Attachment III). I respectfully request the attached Amendment be placed on the October 22, 20 t 3 Town Council Agenda as a First Reading amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget. Given this Amendment, the Fiscal Year 2014 Revenues and Expenditures will be each increased by $478,265.
