Monday October 20th , 1924.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session at the office of said Board Monday October 20th,
1924, at 9 o' clock A. D . Messrs , Land. and McFall being present ,
Absent , Mr. Henley , Two members of said Board being present. The
following proceedings were had , to-wit : -•
The Board approved primary assessment ro 11 in matt er of Improvement
No.665-1923, for the improvemait of South 20th Street, by construct-
ing cement. sidewalks 5' wid. e, : curb , gutter 1 wide, cement driveways
and parkway retaining curb ; grading parkways, roadways and sidewalks
and paving the roadway with Tarvia-macadam from South "B" Street to
Reeveston Road.

The Board approved pri ma ry assessment ro 1F in ma tte r of Improve men t
_ Resolution No. 694-L923. for 'the improvement of South "A" Street,
by re-surfacing street wi th Bituminous -macadam, from South 2nd to
South 5th Street. V
The Board approved primary assessment ro 11 under Improvement Resolu-
tion No. 715-1924, for the grading and paving of South 18th Street
with Bituminous -macadam, from Reeveston Road to South "E" Street.
They Board approved primary assessment roll under Improvement iieso-
_ lution No. 745-1924,_ for the improvement of the alley west of
Sheridan Street, by cement roadway from John- to Sherman Street .
A communication was received from the T.H. I.& E. Traction Co., report-
ing that a new higher pole had been placed to remedy the condition
existing, on National Road from river bank to SW. 2nd Stre-et,
