in regular session at the office of said Board Monday September
15th , 1924, at 9 o clock A. r . All the membe re of sa,icl Board
• - Messrs , Land, McFall .and Henley being present . The fo 11owl ngi
proceedings were had, to -wit : -
I The Board met to hear all persons • interested, or whose property is
affe eted by the improvement of the alley between. Southwest 4tb &
5tIc Street , from Southwest "D" Street north to the north terminal .

The, Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. 179-1924,
for the opening of an alley east of Northwest 5th Street, running
from Linden Avenue to Maple Street.
The Board instructed the Building Inspector, to issue permit for
gasoline filling station on Hawkins Road. to Frank Strayer, subject
to dri vewaus to same being constructed to acceptance of City. Civil
Engi neer:. ' .
Permission was 'granted to 0. G. Whelan to cut the curb on east side
of South 6th Street for driveway to .Lot No. 105-Pt . J.Smith,Add.
At a conference held this A.M. between the Richmond- Light Heat &
Power Co. , T.H. I. & E. Traction Co. , officials and Board in regard
to • repairs now being made by the Traction Co. , The Board unanimous- •
ly decide that The Terre heute , Indianap'olis & Eastern Traction Co. ,
be instructed to proceed .wi th repairs to their tracks & right of way
in Main Street; already begun and as contemplated by them from 5th
Street east .

The Street Commissioner was directed to: repair Southwest' 4th Street
from National Road s outh
The Clerk was directed to request('the .Mtinicipal Traffic Post Co. ,
'when taJ ng changes to adverti sing on Traffic Posts , to place the
name of the street above in place of "Safety First" Richmond. , etc . ,
The Clerk was directed to make new assessment roll for Reeveston
Lights , at rate of 40. 18 . 1 linear foot .
