The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Thursday July 17th, 1924. .at 9 o' clock A. M. Larkin Contractor un7 der, Improvement i"esclutiori No. 703-1924, assigning and transf.er- ri ng said contract to Daniel C. Burthardt , the Board accepted the same , and order the letter attached to the proceedings under said improvement .The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the above con- tract under Improvement Resolution Igo . 703-1924-, for cement roadway in the alley between South 7th e, 8th Street , from South "L" Street -- north to the alley thence east to South 8th Street . The Board. on motion grant a 1.1:f.- Bundy, the right to tap residences being constructed by him and. run the sewage to cess-pool to be in-- _ stalled by him wi- th an over-flow to the river bank, the same to be constructed and installed under the supervision of the City Civil Lng-i neer •of the City . _C1air_r, in amount_of 54. 15 were allowed and ordered paid.
