PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS,The following property listed below
applied for Tax-Exempt status under the provisions
for a total disabled veteran status in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3,30 et seq., and
WHEREAS,After the Resolution No. 99-298 was
adopted on September 2, 1999; the homeowner present
another letter from Veteran's Administration, which
entitled him to be reimbursed from August 1st. not
from September 1st.
WHEREAS,The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved
the additional money to be paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor -
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector
cancel the 1999 taxes in accordance with the following
schedule.
