f or the improvement of the alley between North 8th & 9th Street,
by co nstr ueti,ng a cement roadway from North"C" StreStreet to Elm Place .
The Board approve d a primary assessment roll in nett er of 'benefi is
and dana ge s in the proposed widening of the aTey between South 9th
& 10th Street , from South "C" to "E" Street, under Declaratory .teeo-
' luti on No. 175-1924.
Pursuant. to continuance to this date , the Board met to hear remon-
strance s if any in matt er of opening the alley between North 13th &
-14 th Street, frcr- North ' G" Street north to -tide all e - running east
- & west 1st north of said 94G" Litre et , under Beclaratcry hesolution
No . 170 --1923. The Board. after car ef lly considering said opening ,
- on motion. of I..r. I:enley, the Board unanimously rescinded said reso-
luti o n.
