The Board approved the contract & bond of Z. B. Pyle & Co. , contract-
ors under Implovemen_t ' -Resoluticn No , 724-1924.
The Board grant pe rmissi on to cut the cu rb for pri vate driveway

The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory Resolution No. l'7 -1924,
• to vacate the alley between North 3rd & 4th Street , from alley
known as North "B" St . to all ey 1st sou th of North "C" St re et .
