Monday April 21 s t , 1924.
The Board of Publ. i c Works . of the City of' J.Ai_chmond. , Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday April 21st ,
at 9 o' clock A. M. All the members of sa id Board Messrs , Land ,
McFall and Henley being- present . The following proceedings were
•
had, to-wit : -
Permission was granted ].. C. Niewoehner to cut the curb and con-
struct a pri vate driveway 'at No. 235 Northwest 7th Ltreet.
The •Clerk was directed to notify Secy, Board- of Health to have
Caroline Stoewe 318 South 6th Street; Win. H. S :ckran 316 'South. 6th
' Street and Ben . Broerman 325 South 5th Street, to connect their
pri vy vaults Wi.th sewer.
Fire Chief reported a run out of the ci ty this A.M. to Neadmore
The Board enter into an. agreement with Chas . W. Jessup, as to his
tat=ing over the present lease of B.1 .Williams , for sale of refresh--
merits etc. , in Glen Miller Park, and ageeing that if said C .17. Jessup
makes necessary improvements to better conci tions to grant him
. the exclusive pri vi lege of dispensing re fre shments in Glen Miller
Park for a period of at least . 5 years, the rental charge and otter
speci fi c fe atur es to be arranged by mutual consent at that •time .
